What You'll Do The role requires strong problem solving, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and working knowledge of GTM sales motions and associated technologies. Most projects focus on ambiguous topics that require design and coordination across multiple functions.
Responsibilities Act as a specialist, multi-tasker, master planner, and flexible problem-solver in order to balance multiple objectives and work with teams in multiple locations Influence design choices and measure the impact of the decisions by defining meaningful metrics aligned to the company's commercial enablement goals and critical metrics Work collaboratively across the Growth and Revenue Operations (GRO) team and engage with other strategic leaders to capture, refine, and advance key field, partner, and customer enablement needs in the enablement of sales initiatives Function effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail Provide high level as well as detailed project status and health presentations/dashboards to leadership Collaborate with cross-functional group of specialists ranging from Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Services, Marketing, Finance, etc. in enabling new partner programs and new Business Models Who You'll Work With The Strategy & Planning Manager will report to a Leader, Strategy and Planning in the Revenue Lifecycle Execution division of Sales Revenue Operations to drive alignment of the GtM strategy and priorities set by Sales leadership. We work within a highly cross-functional and cross-cultural environment with many customers to handle high levels of lead exposure. The team will be known for its ability to build partnerships that simplify complex business concepts for sales, balanced with delivering elite digital features that improve sales efficiency.
As a part of the Revenue Lifecycle Execution team, we are a group of passionate individuals with a common vision: "co-creating the next gen sales experience. We are responsible for the digital strategy and business requirements of new and existing capabilities to enable that vision and partner closely with Sales Leadership, Experience Design, Business Operations, and IT.
Who You Are You have a track record of achieving results and telling powerful stories to partners – framing the issue, planning the work, conducting sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analysis, and distilling insights independently and effectively. In addition, you will work with the team, have a clear growth demeanor, be receptive to feedback, and be eager to grow as a professional and as a person. An individual with strong critical thinking and a willing to act attitude is crucial for the success of this role.
Experienced in solving ambiguous problems using structured problem solving, supported by data Project Management – Strong in framing and structuring a problem – effectively scope a module and plan the required analytical steps based on the early formulation of hypotheses. Strong understanding of GTM models, sales motions, sales & supporting processes, and supporting technology Strong in pushing for insights - extract insights from data/ analyses, identify second-order implications, and translate findings into practical recommendations Strong in written & verbal communication – build logical storylines independently, write concise & effective emails, slides, memos, actively listen to others, influence others' perspectives, and persuade using fact and reason Strong in collaboration / teaming – work effectively with teams/members from other organizations, is a good listener and open to suggestions, able to drive to joint decisions Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus Bachelor's degree or equivalent Requires a track record of responsibility for managing multiple programs and/or medium or large functional teams Typically requires 5+ years working experience in a combination of business or IT consulting, business operations or integration role, and operations/project management roles Product Management experience preferred.
