Here, you'll have the opportunity to build a powerful foundation for America's future and yours.What we're seeking:The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for performing a wide range of data-driven tasks and assisting with the development of strategic recommendations to support Frontier's pursuit of state and federal broadband grants. This position will serve a key role in the strategic analysis of broadband maps and project development.In this in-person role, you will be required to report to either 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX, or 610 E. Zack St, Tampa, FL to complete your work responsibilities.What we need in you:You excel at using data and analytical tools to tell a story that can be used in a business setting to set strategy and make decisions. You manage your time effectively to deliver analyses and strategy recommendations in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do:Perform GIS database development, analyze large and complex datasets, and support all mapping initiativesDevelop and implement new automation to streamline GIS workflowsAnalyze state and federal maps and contribute to the delivery of strategic recommendationsAnalyze datasets from various sources while thinking strategically about data use and accuracy of dataDevelop maps and cost estimates for county, state, and federal grant applicationsPerform desktop surveys and create high-level fiber designs for county, state, and federal grant applicationsPerform spreadsheet analysis of key data points and produce reports for senior leadersValidation of reporting data, prioritization of incoming requests, ownership of internal projectsDefine and implement reports that transform GIS data to provide insights about Frontier's network as it relates to various initiativesIdentify the positive and negative impacts of a given GIS analysis on potential fiber network buildsConduct strategic analysis around Frontier's network and financials in Grants space for senior leadershipWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
