Managing sales and operations, ensure compliance with policies and procedures Developing store strategies to improve customer experience, expand store traffic and optimize profitability Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths Mentoring and training team members to sales success through observation, coaching, and counseling Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and profitability Leading a team by example and setting a high level of personal and professional conduct Additional store manager duties as needed Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be authorized to work in U.S. Highly-organized, with attention to details Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and sales management skills Proven leadership skills Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction required Ability effectively train and coach employees Resume must show a stable work experience Must be able to provide at least one professional reference We offer Training & advancement (we have career growth opportunities)
