Responsibilities
• Train and lead all aspects of store operations• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and friendliness of the store• Execute established leadership principles• Maintain effective store operations including cash control, inventory, and schedules• Manage foodservice and beverage programs• Inspect building and equipment for safety• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Ensure compliance with all laws affecting store operations• Participate in meetings• Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED• 2+ years' experience in a manager or supervisor role• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service• Excellent communication and computer skills• Ability to lead by example and multitask• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
