Store Manager In Training

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Acting Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store
Train and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed to maintain a clean and organized store
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Experience in the restaurant or food service industry
