• Interacting with customers and assisting them in choosing the right products• Exceeding personal sales and productivity goals• Building and leading a strong team• Ordering merchandise and maintaining inventory levels• Operating the retail facility and completing omni-channel orders• Ensuring understanding of store communications• Partnering with Loss Prevention to adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred• 2+ years of retail sales and store management experience in specialty retail• Strong communication and team building skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Total compliance with store operations policies
