Qualifications Required: Management Experience : Minimum of two years of management experience, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors. Shift Availability : Must be available for day shifts (40 hours a week required). Leadership Abilities : Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire a team effectively. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proven track record. Communication Proficiency : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Independence and Accountability : Ability to operate independently with a high level of reliability and accountability. Availability : Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Strategic Implementation : Autonomy to execute operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Adaptability in High-Energy Settings : Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with resilience and composure. Physical Endurance and Strength : Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 40 pounds, supporting the dynamic physical demands of the role. Interpersonal Skills : Possesses a warm, friendly, and outgoing personality, enabling excellent customer interactions and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Reliable Transportation : Must possess reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and the ability to meet operational needs, including off-site meetings and potential supply runs. Proficient in Homebase, Basecamp, and Google Sheets for streamlined project management, team coordination, and data management. ServSafe Certification is required; however, the company will cover the cost of certification for candidates who are not already certified. Benefits

Comply with health and safety regulations.  Strategic Collaboration : Work alongside ownership and our amazing Operations Admin, you'll be their right hand, helping to roll out new strategies, keep tabs on the numbers, and make sure our shelves are never empty. Team Management : More than managing, create a supportive and positive work environment that encourages high performance and job satisfaction. Work alongside our trainer and lead barista, and build a workplace vibe that's as inviting as our coffee. Financial Oversight : From ringing up sales to handling the banking and making sure everyone gets paid, you'll keep our finances on point. Inventory Control : Keep our stock in check. Order, organize, and ensure we're never over or under-stocked. Efficiently manage inventory by stocking and replenishing merchandise while ensuring proper rotation to maintain quality and freshness. Quality Control : Actively participate in crafting beverages alongside baristas, ensuring every product meets our quality standards. Plan the Work, Work the Plan : Schedule shifts, plan the workweek, and make sure everyone's where they need to be, when they need to be there. Problem Resolution : Utilize excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to address and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
