Responsibilities
• Create and execute a business plan to achieve performance goals• Build revenue through equipping associates in product knowledge and sales• Enhance customer experience through online and community presence• Analyze store results and make decisions to drive sales and initiatives• Manage and grow BOPIS sales with associates and customers• Teach behaviors to management team and associates for high performance• Create and ensure quality execution of development plans• Build an optimistic and collaborative work environment• Present information to District Manager and Store Support• Uphold company processes, policies, values, and mission• Manage store budget and drive associate experience• Hold team accountable and ensure store compliance standards• Ensure attractive, safe, and accurately priced merchandise displays• Maintain and upkeep the building and grounds• Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention• May be required to cross train and perform other duties
Requirements
• 2+ years retail management experience• Outgoing self-starter who enjoys working with people• Computer knowledge in Excel and Word• Ability to multitask, analyze, observe, and meet deadlines• Ability to work independently without supervision• Ability to work a 50-hour workweek with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends• Must meet federal and local requirements for obtaining a Federal Firearms License (FFL)• Ability to use office equipment and complete computer-based training• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and use stairs• Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences
