What Responsibilities Will You Have? ? Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment
? Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records
? Open and close the store
? Training new hires and following checklists and scripts
? Implement office policy and procedures and lead staff holding them accountable
? Delegate and follow up on delegation
? Communication with upper management on staff evaluations and growth
? Staff retention by coaching, counseling, and using our progressive discipline, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
? Determine staffing requirements daily for call-outs and sending staff home if business is slow
? Quality Assurance: Run reports and double-check that work is completed correctly

? Work in close proximity with customers
? Fingerprint Technician - will train
? Notary Public Certification - will train

Qualifications: ? Management: 5 years (Required)
? At least 21 years of age
? Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
? GED or higher
? Cashier and Customer Service experience: 2 years (Required)
