Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager that embodies the "Live Well" spirit of GNC.The Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day retail operations, leadership, and driving sales.Applicants should have a strong understanding of GNC's Vision and Values.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day retail operations of the GNC store.• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.• Provide advanced product knowledge and promote the GNC brand.• Recruit, hire, and manage store associates.• Handle cash, inventory, and deposits following GNC procedures.• Order merchandise and maintain appropriate inventory levels.• Complete omni-channel orders in compliance with company guidelines.• Understand and communicate store communications.• Multi-task, analyze, make decisions, and meet deadlines.• Partner with Loss Prevention to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.• 2+ years of retail sales and store management experience.• Self-motivated and strong communication skills.• Total compliance with all store operations policies.• Ability to manage work schedules within established budgets.• Flexible schedule availability including holidays and weekends.
