Responsibilities
• Prepare store schedules and ensure proper store coverage• Manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, and conducting product counts• Supervise and train store personnel• Communicate with employees at all levels of the company
Requirements
• Two year post-secondary education and one year related experience• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally• Ability to operate a computer and relative software programs• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time• Willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings
