Store Manager
Our client in Alva, OK has an immediate opening for a Store Manager on a direct hire basis. Company Profile:

The Store Manager oversees total store operations based on the goals, objectives, and standards of the company. The ideal individual will have a servant's heart and an eye for detail.
Supervise a team in planning and performance to achieve all established goals and objectives.
Provide a model of supportive and participatory leadership promoting the concepts of collaboration and team building.
Accountable for managing all controllable expenditures within the established budget to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales, shrink, gross margin, and net profit.
Understand and utilize the financial tools and reports available to support operations.
Monitor store conditions to meet customer service objectives and goals.
Help direct and maintain inventory levels and company merchandising standards to meet company objectives.
Understand, implement required programs, manage, and monitor compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety laws.
Hire, train, and develop store personnel.
Stays up to date regarding local community activities and events that could impact store business. Store Manager Background Profile:
High school Diploma or GED.
Two or more years of Retail Management experience required.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proven ability to train and develop employees effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and oral communication abilities.
Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of government regulations and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
