The Store Manager leads all operations in our retail stores, with a focus on providing quality and excellent service to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. This role involves leading and coaching staff, managing cash and expenses, controlling inventory, maintaining store appearance, and prioritizing safety.

What You'll Do Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, ensuring high levels of customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory management, and proper cash handling.
Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals, such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, quality metrics, and compliance with regulations.
Ensure all technicians are SafeTech™ certified and provide training, re-training, and coaching to ensure quality installations or repairs on every job.
Guide and reinforce proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and collaborate with marketing associates to ensure effective display of materials.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client complaints and warranty issues.
Perform any other assigned duties.
What You'll Need High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred).
A valid state-issued driver's license is required.
3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to motivate performance.
3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and engage with a diverse workforce.
Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
Professional appearance and adherence to personal protective equipment requirements.
Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods, working at elevated heights, and remaining on your feet for extended periods.
