Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors• Properly distribute items and clean the store• Adhere to cash handling procedures• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks• Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards• Attend training and be familiar with safety policies• Perform other duties and projects as required
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• Prior customer service experience• Ability to speak, read and write English• Reliable transportation and communication• High level of attention to detail• Good time management skills• Basic math skills• Good interpersonal skills
