Schedule: Tuesday: 10am - 2pm Thursday: 10am - 2pm Saturday: 10am - 12pm Note: may occasionally need to adjust schedule or work a non-scheduled day to accomodate a vendor, customer, or holiday Rate: $17/hour
Paid Time Off: 20 Hours Per Year (2 weeks) available after 90 days. No rollover or payout.

More Detailed Information about the Role: Daily Tasks: Check mail Check email and management software to follow up on any open tasks and return phone calls Conduct a walk through of all buildings, hallways, office, and bathrooms to visually inspect everything is in order (no unlocked units, trash, trip or slip hazards, etc). Take note of anything that needs further attention and follow up. Scan invoices or important pieces of mail Write a recap of what was done that day in the staff notes section Weekly Tasks: Empty garbages Clean bathrooms Vacuum office Sweep out entryways Walk exterior of buildings to pick up any litter or garbage left behind Take note of supplies needed and fill customer candy bins As Needed: Assist with new rentals: Most new customers rent online but occasionally people prefer to rent in person our tour available units before renting. This involves using the management software to set up the customer account, collect necessary information, confirm the rental agreement is signed and show them to their unit. Process Move Outs: Clean units (sweep, vacuum and wipe down doors), do any necessary maintenance (apply grease to roll up doors), and leave new lock in unit Coordinate and provide access to vendors: We have quarterly sprinkler inspections and occasionally other vendors need access to the building for repairs and maintenance Pickup supplies from local stores (cleaning products, candy, paper goods, etc) Job Type: Part-time
