Our climate-controlled site has 25 different nationalities.Roles and Responsibilities:Role Summary:Pick orders from stock using item numbers, bin locations and quantities and deliver to manufacturingPerform pre-kitting by assembling, labeling, and packing orders for productionPerform all inventory support functions as required (e.g., stock put away; inventory movement, releasing work orders; interfacing with other departments/plants)Perform daily cycle countsEssential ResponsibilitiesIn addition, you will:Complete accurate and on time transactions in enterprise systemProactively identify possible constraints and manage priorities to meet customer requirements.Other responsibilities as assignedQualifications/RequirementsPrior experience as a stockroom specialist or similar positionHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to qualityAbility to manage time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframeOrganizational skill to manage multiple orders at a time while maintaining 100% accuracyBasic computer, math, and ERP skillsProficient written and verbal communications skillsEligibility Requirements:Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 35 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationsMay be required to work with hazardous materialsWork environment requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, kneeling, sitting, and reachingHigh School diploma or GEDDesired Characteristics:Prior experience working in a team-oriented environmentExcellent attendance historyAbility to produce error free productsStrives to meet or exceed job requirementsAdditional InformationGE offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
