We are an online and wholesale retailer in search of a reliable, speedy, and detail-oriented full-time production associate to join our expanding production operation.
Your primary responsibilities will include the manufacturing and packaging of products within a G.M.P. compliant food production clean room. This role involves daily cleaning and general upkeep of production rooms and warehouse facilities. You will also occasionally handle tasks related to shipping and the packaging of orders, which are performed outside of the clean room environment.
Candidates with previous work experience in the coffee and tea industry are highly desirable, as are those experienced with encapsulation or liquid manufacturing equipment. Similarly, experience in an order fulfillment environment is a plus. This role provides a solid opportunity for personal and professional growth within our company.
The working schedule is structured around 4 x 10-hour shifts from 8 AM until completion, which is typically around 6:30 PM, but can vary. In a typical week, work can end as early as 5 PM or as late as 7 PM. Flexibility in availability is essential. The position includes two consecutive days off, excluding Sundays; we are closed on Sundays. Initially, Mondays and Saturdays are required, though future changes to the schedule may occur as we increase our staffing levels.
