Please note this role is remote. What you will be doing: Craft and polish our product's positioning and messaging Dive deep into market research to unearth insights about what our customers need, where the industry is headed, and how we stack up against competitors, especially with a keen eye on AI innovations. Work closely with product management to help launch new features to existing customers and to drive increased usage and adoption of features. Map out and roll out compelling go to market strategies for our new features. This includes everything from crafting targeted marketing campaigns to organizing product launch events, and putting together resources that empower our sales and customer success teams. Create content that not only informs but also engages. We're talking about website copy, blog posts, case studies, and video tutorials that clearly communicate the value of our features to a broad audience. Lead cross functional teams with a steady hand, ensuring our campaigns hit their mark. What you need: 3-5+ yrs experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of AI technology and its application in SaaS products, demonstrating the ability to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits.
