Stamping Operator (Nd Shift)

Education & Experience Requirements · Experience with both Progressive and Transfer press operations preferred
· Overhead Crane Experience preferred.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities · Responsible for Safety, Quality, and Productivity of assigned operation.
· Must conform to 5-S standards.
· Must be able to follow standardized practices.
· Must follow Operation Standards, Completing Check Sheet's, and Completing Production Paperwork. 
· Understand Parts and Properly Identified.
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
· Excellent mechanical ability.
· Strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiple and divide). 
· Participation in Improvement and Kaizen activates.
· Effectively Communicate Within Area & Between Shifts.
· Must be able to continually lift 45 pounds for 8 or more hours.
· Overtime As Required to Fulfill Job Requirements.
· Other Duties as Assigned or As Required Due to Business Unit Needs.
