Responsibilities
• Plot and stake lines for electric service extensions and prepare staking sheets• Assist the Right of Way Specialist to procure easements for CREC facilities• Inspect existing facilities and prepare staking sheets for repair and replacement• Coordinate with Owners, Developers, and Civil Engineers for new facility extensions• Stay informed on Cooperative policies, procedures, codes, and legal requirements
Requirements
• Working knowledge of construction plans and record plats• Familiarity with easements and Right of Ways• Minimum of two years as an apprentice lineman or equivalent experience• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver's license• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs• Subject to callouts for emergencies or outages• Overtime may be required
