IT Core Finance, Legal & HR Domains are in charge of the group applications excluding ERP to support Support Function (Finance, HR, Legal). One of the main responsibilities if this entity is to guarantee group application standardization.
Global Apps team is involved in the digital transformation of the functions, in parallel Global Apps team is actively supporting the new equity story of the group in participating in carve in-out activities.
PURPOSE
Reinforce the IT Core Support Functions Domain Managers on the IS/IT activities required on function digitalization and Carve in-out activities coordination
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
PMO role
Maintain operating model to support the current portfolio and the roadmap under domain manager requirement
Manage the Planning of on-going projects,
Follow project cost control,
Contribute to Meeting coordination of projects or global governance.
Development & Delivery
Help Domain Managers in the overall supervision of activities of her/his scope.
Support the effective resolution of incidents and problems within his/her area.
Contribute to the functioning and the coherence of components for her/his scope, and ensure that the group policies (norms, standards and security) are applied.
Help that changes requested by Business are validated, prioritized and implemented.
Provide KPIs to monitor the performance and adoption of the applications.
Assist daily relationship with external suppliers.
Support preparation of the budget and ensure adequate follow-up along the year to reach targets.
Contribute to the improvement of services.
Facilitate the transfer of know-how, experience and best practices within the team, the community and with his/her peers.
Contribute to market watch and propose axes of evolutions of the existing solutions.
Knowledge Management
Deliver appropriate and up-to-date documentation, stored in a secure and easily access way.
