Job Description and Duties This position is located in the city of Temecula .
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (District Administrator), the Team Manager Staff Services Manager I (Team Manager) provides direct supervision over the Vocational Rehabilitation Service Delivery Team staff in the Temecula branch office. Consisting of Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, Qualified Rehabilitation Professionals (SVRC- QRP), Staff Services Analyst-Service Coordinators, Staff Services Analyst-Work Incentive Planner, and OT-GS. Incumbents are responsible for planning, directing, and organizing the vocational rehabilitation programs and services to the consumers within the district. Working Conditions •This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework option upon completion of the probationary period and will be required to report to the office as needed/required.
