In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to fill diverse positions across our organization. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels to identify and engage potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Evaluate qualifications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability for roles. Interview Coordination: Facilitate seamless interview processes, ensuring alignment among stakeholders. Candidate Assessment: Assess technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit for organizational alignment. Offer Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and ensure smooth transitions. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of candidates for future hiring needs. Compliance and Diversity: Ensure recruiting practices align with laws and promote diversity and inclusion. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and benchmarks to inform decision-making. Reporting and Analytics: Analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruiting best practices to enhance the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred. Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
