POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
o Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
o Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
o Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
o Delivers informational or technical materials
o Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
o Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
o Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
o Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
o Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
o Develops and deploys localized training content
o Assist management in administrative tasks and reports.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience integrating, coordinating, and presenting developmental training programs and staffing resource needs across large organizations
o Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
o Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve non-technical or operational problems regarding business objectives and team effectivity
o Experience in communicating across multiple platforms with the ability to effectively reach diverse backgrounds and levels of teammates and leadership
EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
FULL TIME/SECOND SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
