Staff Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. The Staff Accountant will manage our accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Accounting background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations. Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations to management for financial performance optimization. Maintain accurate and timely financial records and ledgers. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Manage and maintain QuickBooks. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2+ years' experience in an Accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other accounting software. Strong financial management and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
