Staff Accountant

SWIM USA is the premiere designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in Easton, PA. We are 84 years young and seeking an entry level Staff Accountant to join our team. Job Summary Update and supports costing in the ERP system. Prepare monthly reports for inventory. Assist in monthly closing and related journal entries. Complete special projects as needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Prepare production cost sheets. Update standard costs for finished goods. Analyze standard and actual cost variances. Monthly reconciliation of raw material and inventory accounts. Assist with monthly inventory and sales reporting. Assist with year-end audit, cycle counts, and physical inventory. Other accounting and finance related duties, as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Education: BA/BS degree in accounting or finance
Experience: One year to three years of accounting experience.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel and other related software/ERP Systems. Ability to work independently, manage daily activities, and communicate effectively. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Travel: 0 to 5%
Working Conditions: Office
Physical Demands: Mostly sitting, occasional standing and walking for physical inventory . Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours/day Note: Manager reserves the right to modify job description base on business needs EOE
