Here are the details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join a 35-year-old specialty manufacturing company with up to 600mm in revenue and an exceptional leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in technical accounting principles and practices, excellent communication and analytical skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and food manufacturing experience.

Job Type : Full-time. (On-Site)
Work Schedule : M-F. 8am. – 5pm.
Pay Rate and Benefits: 70-80k annually. Outstanding benefit packages include 401k employer matching, Paid Time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, and company paid life insurance.
Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, and bank reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas of improvement. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related issues. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Participate in the annual audit process and ensure audit requirements are met. Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) Microsoft Excel experience mandatory Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions We look forward to reviewing your resume with the highest level of confidentiality!
