Responsibilities
• Prepare accounting-related entries related to various source reports, journals and registers• Perform the processing of monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, setup and monthly maintenance of fixed assets• Review and reconcile intercompany expenses to assure expenses are properly recorded• Assist with the month end accounting process including preparation of financial reporting package• Prepare analytical review documents of Corporate and Platform financial statements• Prepare the monthly cashflow statements for the Platforms• Assist department with the quarterly contingent payment revaluation and payment processes• Assist with the quarterly financial statement footnotes and related supporting documentation• Analyze accounting problems and arrive at workable solutions• Manage assigned projects by prioritizing work to meet established deadlines and ensuring that accounting objectives are accomplished
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred• 1 year of experience in comparable business, finance, or accounting roles• Strong mathematical and Excel skills• Multitasking/organizational/time-management skills• General Ledger experience preferred• Applied Epic Experience Preferred
