Staff Accountant

Our client, Blantons Air, is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team in Fayetteville, NC! 
Balance sheet accountants reconciled by Day 1 of close.   Weekly Variance Reporting   Coach the AR and /or AP team   Ensure proper accounting for all business transactions daily.   Perform lead role for month-end closing process.   Ensure all assets and liabilities are reconciled monthly.   Ensure software applications are current.
Requirements Degree in Business with a focus on Accounting/Finance  3+ years of work experience   Comfortable learning new software/computer skills   Proficient with Microsoft Office products   Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills   Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.   Excellent understanding of accounting rules & procedures including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

What We Offer:   
Pay: $55,000 to $70,000 annually  
Schedule: Full Time Monday – Friday (Flexibility when needed)
