Staff Accountant

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and contributing to the financial reporting at Landmark.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable functions. Monitor and collect outstanding payments. Accounts Payable Processing: Manage and process accounts payable transactions. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. Prepare and issue 1099 forms accurately and in compliance with regulations. Responsible for the following month end activities to prepare the financial statements.
Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile and maintain accuracy of bank statements. Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile company credit card statements. Loan Reconciliations: Maintain and reconcile loan accounts. Fixed Assets & Depreciation: Ensure Fixed asset records are up to date. Record and track asset depreciation accurately. Payroll Duties as Assigned: Assist with payroll functions and related tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Assoicates degree in accounting or related field. Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role. Solid understanding of accounting principles Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Benefits:
