A day in the life… We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an onsite hotel staff accountant. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions, processing accounts receivable transactions, and auditing income records within our hotel.
Income Auditing, verifying accuracy of transactions from multiple revenue streams Monitor and process Accounts Receivable payments and reconciliations Assist in month end close activities Maintain records in an organized and compliant manner Filing and scanning of documents Research accounting problems Data entry Other duties as assigned You own this if you have… Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, and highly motivated Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Great communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient with software including accounting systems and office 365 Knowledge in Acumatica and Hotel Management System software a strong plus Salary: $25.00 to $29.00 an hour
