Job Duties:
Support the Controller and Accounting Manager in preparing journal entries and completion of monthly financial reporting package. Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts. Assist Controller in budget-to-actuals and forecast-to-actuals variance analysis. Manage the weekly management reporting process and KPI updates. Review and process intercompany transactions with other TAT entities; Confirm and settle balances on a monthly basis. Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation reports and track daily WIP and intake metrics. Support the Accounts Payable Manager in processing vendor invoices. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording AP and AR data, invoice processing, etc. Support Supply Chain in managing freight expenses and review invoices for potential bill-backs to customers. Checking ERP system labor/shift hours and cross-reference that they match and are approved. Review, reconcile and process monthly American Express statements. Provide support for financial audits and SOX compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited school. 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience with GAAP/IFRS. Advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and experience working with cross functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
