Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveAnd More!Staff Accountant Details: Contract to Hire position$22.00 to $26.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Reconcile bank accounts daily and credit cards weekly/monthly.Process payroll.Monitors AP and AR to ensure that payments are up to date.Updates cash spreadsheets daily. Process ACH and check payments for processing and approval.Manage Concur expense reporting process.Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general leader accounts, and document business transactions.Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports for month-end and inter-companies.Prepare draft monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.Assist in gathering information for tax returns.Research and reconcile all discrepancies.Staff Accountant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.1-5 years' experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger analysis.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.Advanced ERP and reporting systems knowledge of M2M is a plus.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
