The Staff Accountant Associate's primary responsibility is to support two Staff Accountants. Majority of tasks relate to making journal entries, compiling information, and special projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare journal entries, including accruals and reclasses, for both P&L and balance sheet Review monthly P&L expenses allocated to store back-office systems Prepare balance sheet reconciliation documentation and reconcile accounts Compile monthly store P&Ls, explaining fluctuations based on predetermined parameters Effectively communicate financial information to nonfinancial field partners Consistently apply innovative thinking to transform and automate internal processes Complete special projects/tasks, both for field-facing initiatives and internal Operate in a detail-oriented and dynamic team environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Experience: 1-year related Accounting experience preferred
Computer Skills: Proficient with Excel and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics, and Cadency Certification is a plus but not required.
