Stack Trailer Driver

We are looking for a licensed truck driver who will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of a custom trailer for pop-up retail to Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) events, as well as other activations, around the country. You will be tasked with driving and maintaining the truck and attached trailer, as well as working closely with the Event Marketing Director in order to plan routes and schedules.
Successful candidates must have a clean driving record and must pass a drug and alcohol test.
Truck Driver Responsibilities: Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers. Load and unload cargo, setup and break down of trailer elements. Refuel and clean vehicle. Report road incidents to the Event Marketing Director Follow traffic laws. Inspect truck/trailer and record issues. Follow accident procedures. Keep an activities log and log hours. Plan routes using GPS system. Get trailer and goods to events on time. Maintain a positive attitude with customers. Keep commercial driver license up to date. Truck Driver Requirements: Must pass drug and alcohol test. Must have clean driving record. Must help with setup and breakdown of stack pickleball event. Must provide current MVR. Must provide a medical certificate. High school diploma. Proficient at driving, maneuvering, and parking large vehicles Physically fit and able to sit for long time periods, perform truck maintenance, and lift 80 pounds repeatedly Candidate should be dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator Able to work night, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed Travel Expectations: This is a fully remote role, which will require extensive time on the road. Time off will need to be organized around PPA schedule and other trailer events.
