The ideal candidate will be skillful in Workday capabilities specifically for Workday to Third Party Payroll (like ADP, DayForce, Immedis etc.) with expertise in PECI and integrations. The focus will be to make setup and configuration changes as per the vendor requirements. Closely partnering with Nutanix Payroll Finance team to understand their strategy and business needs and provide consultation on solution enablement. The key resource will be owning the development & enhancement of payroll elements like External Payroll Earnings & Deductions, Pay Groups, calculated fields to capture front end elements. He brings over 20 years of HR Systems experience in various industries and partner firms. The team works in close partnership with our internal and external stakeholders and with the intent to optimize the impact and efficiency of these programs through effective programmatic planning, execution, and collaboration. This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, CA being onsite 2 days weekly. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 117,040 and USD $ 234,120 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
