Responsibilities
• Development of high-quality database solutions• Implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL• Review and interpret business report requirements• Research required data• Build reporting deliverables• Analyze and suggest performance improvements for SQL queries• Develop procedures and scripts for data migration• Provide timely management reporting• Investigate exceptions regarding asset movements
Requirements
• Familiarity with TSQL and SSIS (or similar ETL tool)• Experience in creating and maintaining a data dictionary or lineage documentation preferred• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline• At least four years of experience in RDBMSs/MDDBMSs design, administration, programming, and support• Four to six years of DBA experience highly desirable• Thorough understanding of relational database model and theory• Experience in designing, modeling, developing, and supporting large RDBMSs• Experience in using TSQL and SSIS for data integration and ETL
