What you'll do: We're looking for a Sr Research Statistician Developer to join our growing team!
You will: Design, develop and debug software of diverse scope for new and existing products in accordance with designated development practices and timelines.
Design and write new object-oriented program platforms.
Actively solicit the involvement of other developers to ensure integrity and cross-product consistency.
Work with multiple operating systems and anticipate technical anomalies and enhancements for various environments.
Develop unit tests of software. Verify, track and fix "bugs", and modify software design as necessary.
Discuss technical and design issues with users and customers.
Anticipate time needed to complete projects and assist in product scheduling.
Design, develop and ensure quality of various prototype and demonstration systems.
Perform programming tasks including program design, coding, and debugging.
Prepare feasibility studies and design tests to determine operating characteristics of software as required.
Promote newly developed software by publishing research papers in journals and presenting at internationally recognized conferences.
Work closely with documentation and localization team to improve the quality of documentation. 
Work closely with software testing teams to develop testing strategies and provide enhancements to improve the efficiency and coverage of the software testing process.
Act as technical leader, serving as a central point of contact from the development perspective during all phases of the product life cycle.
Plan, implement, and adjust scheduling strategies based on project requirements.
What we're looking for Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics or related field of study plus three years of programming, software development, or related experience. Must have demonstrated expertise in algorithmic or combinatorial construction of designed experiments; mastery of advanced programming skills needed to write statistical procedures; demonstrated experience writing effective documentation; and demonstrated statistical data analysis experience.
