We're seeking a talented Senior QA Analyst to join our growing team and play a vital role in ensuring our products are top-notch. In this dynamic role, you'll be a test leader for complex projects, overseeing all aspects of testing from planning to execution and reporting. You'll also collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.
Here's what you'll do:
Lead the charge on testing large projects, including planning, designing, and executing test cases, as well as managing communication throughout the process.
Be the go-to QA expert, providing support and coordinating resources for internal and external teams.
Tackle issues head-on, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-up to minimize disruption for partners and project teams.
Partner with developers and designers early on by participating in requirement and design reviews.
Analyze test results and report findings, keeping everyone informed.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure sign-offs for releases.
Share your expertise by answering questions and addressing concerns from business and IT partners.
Contribute to continuous improvement by working on cross-functional teams and staying at the forefront of testing best practices.
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or has equivalent experience).
Boasts 4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Has a knack for documenting and analyzing test data.
Ideally, has experience working with life and annuity products.
Thrives in an IT ecosystem with various vendors and software solutions.
