Description Sr. Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager contributes to HighPoint's business execution and growth through strategic planning, expert program and project management, agile value delivery, effective leadership and stakeholder management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Experience providing expert guidance and/or advice in strategic planning, project management, performance management and process improvement.Experience in problem solving and development of sound recommendations to improve process, performance, and efficiency.Manage client communications, feedback and reports. Regularly engage with the client regarding progress, issues, and corrective actions required.Oversee the design, build, and test phases of IT solutions which incorporate technical infrastructure, hardware, and software.Develop program/project plans, define associated milestones, dependencies, and manage associated risks.Provide ongoing supervision and direction to staff.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to establish and maintain effective communications.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required. Must have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; interact with multiple stakeholders; and effectively participate in critical negotiations.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
