The role of Senior Project Engineer is a critical one in the successful operation of a healthcare and/or hospital organization. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects for the organization, and should possess a highly skilled knowledge base of engineering principles and practices. The successful candidate should have a proven record of successful project delivery and be able to effectively interact with all stakeholders involved.
Position Overview: The Project Engineer will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within budgeted timelines, adhering to best practices and standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to develop innovative engineering solutions for projects. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments. Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to them. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical support and guidance to all team members. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress and performance. Develop reports and document project progress. Ensure project safety and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably specializing in Healthcare or Hospital engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Engineering. Experience in developing innovative engineering solutions and managing projects. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Benefits Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annual Salary, based on level of experience.
Annual Bonus of at least 5-10%, based on merit, company profitability.
