The responsibilities of the Senior Project Engineer include providing technical expertise, oversight, and leadership to the project team; attending client meetings; performing construction phase services; mentoring less experienced staff; and assisting with business development.
Essential Duties Include: Leading and participating in design teams, support engineering calculations, and the design process Supporting construction and commissioning processes on appropriate facility design projects Participating, leading, and troubleshooting the field start up and commissioning on projects Providing guidance and mentoring to staff and project engineers Open availability to travel Qualifications: The successful candidate must have all of the following: A bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering At least eighteen years of relevant engineering experience A PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following: Experience working in the consulting industry Experience in PFD and P&ID development, specification preparation and equipment selection for major unit processes Experience with proposal development, design, construction, and commissioning of process systems Experience with automated control systems, PLC's and instrumentation Strong written and verbal communication skills If you have strong communication and organizational skills, are someone who takes initiative, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at /careers .
