Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our warehouse operations in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire our warehouse team, driving excellence in all operational aspects.
Surpass company KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, and speed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends, collaborating with key stakeholders to set strategic priorities.
Provide strategic guidance to our finance team on warehouse budgets and forecasts.
Identify areas for improvement and spearhead optimization projects to enhance our services.
Evaluate new warehouse opportunities through detailed analysis and financial modeling.
Support internal and external clients with insightful cost and performance analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
MBA strongly preferred.
7+ years of professional experience, with a focus on Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making with measurable results.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in final-mile delivery and e-commerce is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required; familiarity with SQL, Access, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Hours:
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekend, night, and holiday hours as needed.
