• Arrange and coordinate onsite employee activities• Help with organizing leadership schedules• Aggregate data and distribute metric reports• Host onsite guests• Coordinate new hire orientation and paperwork• Manage referral bonus program• Manage office supply inventory and ordering• Process invoices for facility• Assist with additional tasks within facility
Requirements
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred• 4 to 6 years work experience in related field preferred• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects• Proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook• Excellent customer service skills
