Sr Mechanical Engineer

Growing Billion dollar Co in Robards KY has a need for an SrMechanicalEngineer. We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented to join our Engineering department. As a MechancialEngineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes improving efficiency and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing manufacturing processes/equipment and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce waste and improve quality Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective action Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field 15years experience out of college Strong knowledge of equipment/process optimization techniques and methodologies Proficient in process simulation and modeling software Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
