Who You Are As the Leader of Revenue Operations, you are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in finance and operations, particularly in the SaaS industry. You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and EXCEL (pun intended) at building and leading high-performing teams. We are flexible with the title for this role, offering either Senior Manager or Director level, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
What You'll Bring to the Table Extensive experience in revenue operations (including working within Salesforce.com), finance, and SaaS business models. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue data and drive strategic decision-making. Proven track record in optimizing revenue streams and improving financial performance. Ability to develop and implement revenue strategies that align with business objectives. You are based in Utah - While we are a hybrid work environment, we also have collaborative team events where it is important to be able to have everyone in the office. What You'll Do Lead the Finance and Revenue Operations team, overseeing all financial aspects of the business. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Drive process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. You Get Bonus Points If You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in implementing financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance. Experience in managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members.
