We are seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Manager, HRIS, who will spearhead the management of our ADP Workforce Now platform. This is a key role where you will act as the subject matter expert and lead various initiatives to enhance and optimize our HRIS capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
System Leadership: Act as the primary system administrator and super user of HRIS and related software tools, ensuring robust system performance and user satisfaction.
Process Enhancement: Oversee the design and implementation of optimal business processes within HRIS to support key HR functions such as compensation management, performance reviews, and benefits administration.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance during system upgrades and integrations, and ensure comprehensive training and support for end-users.
Data Integrity and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and maintain rigorous data integrity within the system. Develop and manage insightful HR reports and analytics to aid strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Support: Serve as a crucial link between the HR and IT departments, ensuring seamless data integration and system functionality across the organization.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in employment laws and HR technologies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of HRIS experience, with a minimum of 2 years in ADP Workforce Now.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels within the company. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with the latest HR technologies.
