Responsibilities
• Champion AI and Intelligent Automation across the enterprise• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans• Guide solution architecture conversations in AI, IA, and RPA• Oversee project execution and ensure business value is realized• Lead process analysis discussions and identify automation opportunities• Support building the AI & IA project pipeline• Track the CoE's financials and optimize resource utilization• Collaborate with different business units and functions• Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders• Provide guidance to junior resources and drive innovation
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field• Minimum of 10 years industry experience• Strong understanding of AI and IA solutions design• Experience in project pipeline management and financials• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data• Experience leading development and testing teams• Experience with SDLC processes and change control• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Automation technologies, Solution Architecture, and Business process re-engineering
