: The Investor Services Senior Associate will join the dynamic Materials Team. The role is responsible for the production of high-quality meeting materials and marketing collateral that showcase our investment philosophy, process, and strategies. The position offers consistent collaboration with our internal client, the Client Service Team, and regular interaction with Senior Management, Product Specialists, and the Investment Team. This position provides exposure to all aspects of buy side fixed income management. The Investor Services Associate reports to the Materials Team's manager.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is the production of: Client, consultant, and new business presentations and ad-hoc requests Marketing collateral including strategy pitch decks, fact sheets, and firm-level information Partner with Client Portfolio Analysts and Client Portfolio Managers as well as other IR+M teams, including Operations, Compliance, and the Investment Team to respond to client/consultant queries and requests Update all PowerPoint presentation materials as requested by presenters and complete with accuracy and within strict timeframes Understand requirements and assess any standard vs. custom requests Coordinate or oversee packaging and delivery of all materials to final destination Identify opportunities to streamline processes, manage risk, increase efficiencies, and improve quality and response turnaround times General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow Required Skills and Experience: 3 to 5+ of professional experience ideally in a marketing, communications, marketing reporting, data analyst, or project management capacity Experienced user of Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to translate data into clear and compelling visualizations Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets; able to utilize formulas and pivot tables Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Superior attention to detail and communication skills - verbal and written Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet business objectives Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required.
