A Day in the Life of a HR Technology and Data Analyst: As a member of a team of HRIS and HR technology administrators, you will be an expert in troubleshooting user inquiries, generating reports, analyzing data, integrating systems and configuring technology platforms.
Core responsibilities include:
Writing complex reports and leveraging PowerBILeveraging technology to design efficient business processes within and between systems Delving into available system functionality to maximize the use of technology.
